Kellogg wanted to create an attractive office design that would reflect the spirit and values of the company. Furthermore great importance was placed on the ‘feel good’ factor in the new working environment. Bruynzeel proposed Compactus Office Electro mobile cabinets.
The solution
The central space is equipped with conference islands and Compactus Office Electro mobile cabinets. This approach maximises floor space usage efficiency while also fulfilling the requirement of an attractive office design.
The design of the outer walls of the Compactus Office Electro mobile cabinets feature an ear of wheat motif to create a visual link to the raw materials that are used for its products.
The mobile cabinets were also fitted with acoustic material to reduce echo and improve the acoustics. These acoustic features work so effectively that installation of a special acoustic ceiling has proved to be unnecessary.
